She's Obsessed by Nick Haskins

In the suburbs of Chicago, Jayceon and Leah were all set to start their new lives together as husband and wife. In Jace, Leah thought she married the perfect man until she accidentally stumbles across his deleted secret that quickly turns her sanity, and their marriage, upside down.

The night before Jayceon marries Leah, he hits the record button on his iPhone when the curvaceous dancer—Jessica Fox—from his bachelor party makes her way back to his hotel suite. Soon after, the nasty recorded mistake comes back to haunt Jace, and the stripper, in the worst way possible.

The life Leah planned with Jace rapidly spins out of control when she becomes obsessed with the X-rated video, and the girl in it. Leah will do whatever it takes to right her new husbands wrong, even if it means getting rid of Jessica Fox for good . . .

Book Excerpt

You make me so happy, Jace. I’m grateful to have found a man like you. I love you.”

“Aww, baby, I love you too. And you need always to remember I’m not your dad or any of them fuck-boys out there today.” He reached down and kissed her. “Most of all, I’m all yours.” Just as the night was approaching perfect, Jayceon decided to speak the untruthful words that are going to eventually rock the very core of their marriage, and Leah’s sanity: “Leah, baby, I will never hurt you…”

She held him close, believing their lives together wouldn’t be much different from the loving, peaceful husband and wife moment their sharing right now. But, little did Leah or Jace know, everything was about to be turned upside down.

Please tell us a little about you and where you’re from?

My name is Nick Haskins. I am from Toledo, Ohio. I’m single, never married. I have no children, but very close to my nieces, nephews, and family. I started writing when I was around seventeen after becoming fascinated with books and TV dramas.

What kind(s) of writing do you do?

I am a fiction writer. My body of work is based around rocky romance, relationship-driven drama with heaps of sex, lies, drugs, and murder.

How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?

I’ve written five books, with four being full-length novels. I don’t have a favorite, but the reader’s favorite is My Husband’s Wife.

What are the titles of all of your books?

On the Edge of Heat, Jamal, My Husband’s Wife, Betrayed, and my new book, She’s Obsessed.

What is your new book about?

She’s Obsessed is about a young, newly married couple—Jayceon and Leah—ready to start their lives together as husband and wife, until Leah stumbles across Jace’s nasty recorded secret. When she discovers he’s been unfaithful, Leah becomes obsessed with hurting her new husband, and the stripper he cheated with the night before their wedding.

Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say?

No, I don’t hear from my readers at all. I would love to hear more feedback and not just from a posted review. I am open and available on all my social media platforms for them to reach out to me.

Anything you would like to say to your readers and fans?

I would like to say, I work extremely hard on my books, spending countless hours critiquing every single word. I don’t give so much of myself to my work for fame, fortune, or recognition; I do it because my dream is to write and entertain readers across the world. I express endless gratitude toward everyone who supports me and takes time out to read my books. Thank you!
