The Jasmine Brand recently caught up with “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star, Stevie J at Tami Roman’s nail polish launch event, where he revealed that he has a book coming out soon entitled, Taking One For The Team. It’s not clear exactly what the book will be about specifically, but he did express some of what readers can expect.
“I have a book deal with Simon & Schuster, it’s called ‘Taking One for the Team’. Out of hundred dudes, I’m going to do what they really want to do. So I’m a take one for the team and show cats my perception on certain situations in life that men deal with and it also helps the women deal with it too.”
He also discussed how he feels about Mimi, who seems to be making headlines a lot lately with talk of her new man.
“I don’t feel no type of way. Look at him, Look at me. Google him, Google me. I’m iconic, I’m historic and that’s that. My relationship was good with her either way, so good luck to her and I hope she’s happy.”
And of course, he talked in circles when asked about the status of his relationship with his artist and co-star, Joseline Hernandez.
“We’re doing alright. I’m working right now. We’re working right now.”
It almost sounds like Stevie is saying that he wrote a self-help book. All jokes and fronting aside, would you ever read a book by Stevie J?
